1.1       Procedures of Teaching Just after entering the school, the director and my advisor help me a lot to make a schedule for me, for my observation, being teacher assistant and of course to teach the students. Both of the director and my advisor have a great work, and also my buddies in this school, so I can understand what should I do and what should I teach to the students. They provide me a schedule to see what time that I will have a chance to observe, being the teacher assistent and when to teach the students in the classroom. Based on that schedule, I can prepare myself for my teaching activity. Students' handbook Classroom facilities I always ask my buddies and also my advisor about what I’m going to do in the classroom, what kind of material that they usually teach to the students and I will make an appropriate material to the students. My advisor and may buddies usually help me to build or to create my lesson plan, they show me the handbook

1.1      Planning for teaching Every teacher has their own way of teaching, but curriculum, syllabus, teaching plan and handbook are their guidance to teach the students in the classroom. Teaching schedule has been made, so every teacher has known their time to teach and of course they prepare their teaching material before the class. Based on my observation, the planning for teaching has been made by each of the teacher, the one that might be changed just the topic of the material. 1.2      Preparing Lessons and Materials In preparing the lesson and the materials for the students, I saw some teachers are providing their material for the students a day before or a few hours before they teach the students. For example, they went to the photocopy machine to make a copy of students paper activity and also some materials that are going to be taught to the students in the class. 1.1      Curriculum                 Talking about the curriculum, they really applied how they get engaged with technology and computer in the classroom, and also for science and mathematics. For the foreign language itself, the students are provided with three kinds of language to learn, there are Thai language, Chinese, and English. In some situations, teacher will asks me to teach the students a little bit about Indonesian language.                In my mind, the way of the system that is run in this school is quite unique, everyday will be an assembly or flag ceremony even when it doesn't take a long time, just about 10 minutes, and after that, it will be continued with a kind of activity or morning activity for the students. everyday has a different kind of activity and it is so good to stimulate students mind before the lesson begin. 1.     Teaching Methods If you take a look on every teaching methods that teachers do, you will see the differences. Let’s just say that there are teacher A, B, and C and all of them will have schedule to teach the same level in different time. Let’s start with teacher A, I can say that this kind of teacher is a kind of normal teacher where they will open the class just as usual and then tell the students about what are they going to do in the classroom today. We can say that as a “speech” method. But, the combination between “speech” and “grouping” or “work in team” will make the lesson more interactive. Teacher A combine the methods and gives the students more time to do excercise rather than focus on giving the material to students by speech. Teacher B has a quite similar method with teacher B, but the difference is that the first teacher or teacher A combining it with grouping the students to do the task, meanwhile, teacher B purely do “speech” until the end of the class an
